Lifelong Franklin County resident, Tim Brinker, has been serving the public of Franklin County since 1994 when he was first elected to the City Council of Washington, Missouri. He served honorably in that position until 2013 when he was elected to the Franklin County, Missouri Commission as the First District Commissioner; he served until 2018 in that capacity. In August of 2018 Missouri Governor Mike Parson appointed Tim to the Presiding Commissioners seat to fill the unexpired term of his predecessor John Greishiemer.
Tim was elected Presiding Commissioner in November of 2018 and is serving in that capacity today.
My Story
Presiding Commissioner Brinker and his wife of over 30 years, Betsy (Dill) Brinker, reside in Washington, MO and are the proud parents of four children, Ryan, Holly, Beau, and Scarlett.
Commissioner Brinker welcomes input from the public on any issue, and firmly believes in the participative Governmental process for the best service to the people of Franklin County.
